Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission has now closed.

You can view your submitted abstracts by logging into the abstract zone however you cannot make any further amendments now the deadline has passed. If you have not already registered, we recommend you do so before the early bird deadline of Friday 11 April. Please note there is another large event on in Newcastle during the AESC and accommodation will be tight so we suggest you book early to avoid disappointment. To register, log into the abstract zone and click the register tab – this ensures your registration is in the same record as your abstract submission.

You will be notified before the 11 April whether your abstract has been ‘pre-accepted’. This means your abstract has been accepted but whether it is an oral presentation or poster will not be confirmed until the end of May.   

Oral Presentation timing: 20mins including Q&A
