Cancellations & Refunds – Workshops & Field Trips

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat.

Cancellations received:

• Before 30 May 2014 will incur a A$100 cancellation fee (unless you are registered for the convention in which case there would be no cancellation fee charged)
• After 30 May 2014 there will be no refund
